Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using TEAM ("the Service") you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use the Service where crypto-asset services are prohibited or if you are subject to sanctions.

3. Your account

You sign in with a username and password. There is no email recovery: if you lose your password, we cannot restore your account or the wallet attached to it. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

4. Wallets and private keys

TEAM creates a Solana wallet for your account and stores its private key encrypted. You can reveal and export it at any time. Anyone with your private key controls your funds. We are not a bank, custodian or money transmitter, funds are not insured, and you should keep only small amounts in this wallet. You are solely responsible for transactions you sign or approve.

5. AI agents and outputs

Agents produce research, drafts, images and websites using AI and third-party data. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing produced by TEAM is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Review everything before relying on or publishing it. Agents never post, trade, spend or launch without your explicit approval.

6. $TEAM token

$TEAM is not required to use the Service. Nothing on TEAM is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, and no returns, buybacks or price outcomes are promised.

7. Credits and fees

Some features use credits for compute. Prices and limits may change. Unless required by law, credits and fees are non-refundable.

8. Your content

You own the prompts and content you submit and the outputs generated for you, to the extent law allows. You grant us a limited licence to process them to operate the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Solana networks, DexScreener, Pump.fun and X. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time; export your private key before you leave.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEAM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost funds or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
